You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App, nor reverse-engineer or attempt to extract its source code, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
You agree not to use cheats, automation, modifications, or exploits to alter gameplay, tamper with the App's saved data to gain an unfair advantage, or use the App for any unlawful purpose.
The App includes virtual items such as coins, "Courage", and unlockable ships. You should understand that:
This version of the App contains no real-money purchases and no advertising. All in-game currency is earned through play. If a future version introduces advertising or purchases, those features will be governed by updated Terms and our Privacy Policy, presented before the feature takes effect.
We may update, change, or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. You use the App at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zyntragram will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or virtual items, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be subject to the courts having jurisdiction there.
